Renewal process & waiting list

The membership year runs from April 1st  to March 31st the following year.

East year renewal notices are sent out to current members in early March with places guaranteed until  March 31st.

One April 1st the sequence for other renewals is as follows:

1. Current members switching categories
2. Senior weekend members are given the option to join as full members
3. Those on the waiting list are invited to join in numerical order
